Hi!
I'm renting my private room, long term, in a shared house.
-Moving in from: 15th of May (Possibility to move in until 1st of June)
-CPR: available (only one, no couples allowed)
-Rent: 3950 kr. Monthly
-Deposit: 7900 kr.
-Services/bills: around 1500 kr. Every three months
-Completely furnished
-Located in Hvidovre.
The house is located in Friheden, Hvidovre (30 minutes biking from the center of Copenhagen). You'd share the house with 3 other guys, all of them are studying and each of them have their own private room. The house has two toilets, kitchen, living room and a garden.
It's a super quiet area. There's a beach, a park, supermarkets, pharmacy and Friheden train station in less than 15 minutes walking distance.
The house and the room are completely furnished, in the room there's a closet, a double bed, bed linen, etc and all of that belongs to the room so you won't have to worry about buying a mattress or anything like it .

Because of this whole Corona problem right now, there wouldn't be a problem if you want to come and see the room and otherwise we can also have a Skype meeting to show you the house.
