Alex, I and the sweetest cat Muffin are searching for a new roommate from the 1st of June!

The apartment has 3 bedrooms/4 rooms and is located 2 min walk from Ny Ellebjerg St, (S train, bus 4A, 1A, 7A) It includes a large, open living/dining/kitchen space, a full size bathroom, big 6th floor balcony with great views, storage and access to laundry. The apartment gets great light and also has amazing sunsets when it's not cloudy!

The room is the one closest to living room in the floor plan. It will come partly-furnished with the built in wardrobe, commode, and desk. A single bed is available for sale for cheap if desired.

The rent monthly is 4620 + 520 for all utilities. (which can vary slightly) Total monthly is 5140. Deposit is 3 months rent + one month prepaid rent.

We are international students ages 26/27, who have both been in Denmark for many years. Kari is studying my her master's at Roskilde in Urban Planning. She loves bicycles, architecture, gardening, cooking international foods, hosting dinner and games nights. Alex is finishing up at CBS and starting a new job next month. She loves crocheting, going on long walks, listening to podcasts and some other fun activities. Muffin is the furry feline of the residence. She is the sweetest, softest cat you will ever meet and lovessssss belly rubs.

We are looking for someone is either a student or young professional around our age. It is important that you are reliable with rent, you understand and respect shared living and have common sense. Hopefully you will be like minded to us- knows how to have a good time, laid back, open minded, and wants to create a hygge home-like atmosphere to the apartment.
