Hi all

I am renting out my apartment from July 15 to September 15, 2020. I do this every time I go abroad, so I am used to renting it out and people are generally very happy about my place.

The apartment is perfect for a visiting couple, or for a professional who needs a base before finding something more permanent.

2 rooms, ground floor, but very safe area (never had any issues in the past 5 years). Location is great: you will be a stone throw from the Opera, great restaurants, street food, and several swimming areas at the nearby canals. You can also walk to famous Nyhavn in 5 minutes thanks to the nearby bike and walking bridge. Go for beautiful walks along the canals with boats and people kayaking by. It\'s really lovely :-)

Apartment is fully furnished, has wifi and two TVs with Apple TV. Kitchen has a washing machine too. And it\'s non-smoking. Access to lovely terrace and big, green and peaceful courtyard and friendly neighbours.

The monthly rental is including all bills (heating, water, internet and so on). There is also 2 bikes at your disposal :-)

Visits to see the flat of course very welcome - upon request.
